Section3_IssueSummary
This vehicle needs a complete front bumper, rad support, left and right fenders, hood, coolers, etc. We are replacing the left front frame rail. Before final welding is performed we will be clamping the rad support and all structure in place, installing the exterior sheetmetal, installing the healdights, and the front bumper assembly for test fitting per ICAR teachings. We will then remove the front bumper, headlights, hood, both fenders so welding of the frame rail and radiator support can be performed. Then the car will be painted with the sheetmetal off of the vehicle and finally reassembled. Is the time to pre-assemble and disassemble the entire front end of the vehicle included in the replacement time for these parts? I understand that final alignment during final assembly, but don\'t see how this additional assembly and disassembly could be included.
